Fun

I went out last night. I mean...I went out without children...without my husband. It was nighttime too. I can't remember the last time that happened...must be at least a year.

I took Bart into the city...and the lovely Diana picked me up at the station. Wasn't that lovely of her? We went back to her apartment...where we drank Stellas and watched her new kitten sit in the recycling pile. We also decided that we will get gold fish and name them love handles and muffin top.

Then...we went to see Mortified at the Makeout Room in the Mission. It was so funny. Oh how we laughed... But really...it was god damned funny...and if you get a chance to see the show...see it.

After the show ended...you know what we did? We got ginormous steak burritos!! After that...we took a cab back to her place...and ate the burritos in their entirety...with chips. Then we sat and watched her kitten play with balls of tin foil.

Boy oh boy...am I tired today...but it was all worth it.

I'm not sure what Ole is doing to Luke...but it can't be good. 

All good things must come to an end

I'm going back to work tomorrow.
I'm sad.
Sad about leaving Luke. He'll cry. He'll cry a lot. I'm sad about leaving Ole. He cried before bed because he wants me "to be here always."

Another first

Luke ate his first bowl of rice cereal Saturday. His emotions swung wildly. I'm still not sure if he liked it or not...but you can see for yourself here. 

I am a soccer mom

Ole had his first soccer game today. And he is way cuter than Becks...
